Scheduling Your Inspection.

After you file your claim, your insurance company will arrange a time to inspect the damage. To make sure nothing is overlooked, we encourage you to have an EagleX specialist on-site during the inspection, simply share the details with us, and we’ll be there to walk the property with the adjuster on your behalf.

Understanding Your Estimate.

Once your property has been inspected, the insurance adjuster will prepare a detailed report. This estimate outlines the scope of repairs or replacements needed and specifies what your policy will cover.

Checking Your Claim Status

To track the progress of your claim, reach out directly to your insurance company. Most providers allow you to get updates either by phone or through their online portal. If you need guidance along the way.

Your estimate will list depreciation.

Depreciation is shown when the damaged items are not brand new. It reflects normal wear, age, or market value loss. While this amount may be deducted upfront, many policies allow you to recover part or all of the depreciation once the repairs or replacements are completed.
